NovaDent Labs produces a comprehensive range of custom dental appliances including hard/soft night guards, Essix and acrylic orthodontic retainers, occlusal splints, custom bleaching trays, palatal expansion devices (removable, rapid, and surgically assisted), space maintainers, and PMMA snap on smiles. All appliances are manufactured to TGA and ISO 13485 standards.
Every appliance is custom fabricated to patient specific scans or impressions. We accept both digital impressions (from all major intraoral scanning platforms) and traditional plaster models. Our digital workflows improve fit accuracy and reduce the need for chairside adjustments.
Yes. NovaDent Labs fabricates hard/soft night guards with a 1mm soft polyurethane inner layer designed for comfortable contact, as well as occlusal splints for TMJ management. For advanced TMJ and airway cases, we also manufacture the SOMA Appliance, a functional orthopaedic device that addresses jaw alignment, airway, and TMD symptoms simultaneously.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 9 business days from receipt of case. Contact our team for lead times on expansion devices and multi stage orthodontic appliances, which may require additional fabrication steps.
